CMON or CoolMiniOrNot is the largest miniature community out there on the web, used by all sorts of award winning mini painters like Jakob Rune Nielsen, Tony Manero (my man!), Alexi Z, Jérémie Bonamant and many many others (could fill this with people) and although rather harsh at times, the critique is sure there to develop peoples skills.

At the forum we have a WIP, Work In Progress, thread where anyone can post their work as they are going along and get critisism or just praise. The community is there to help people develop their skills and of course to show off.

Anyone, no matter skill level, is welcome at the site, and I strongly suggest going there and signing up, even just to vote on all the beautiful creations that count over 70.000 miniatures of all ranks (1-10).
